Connect is usage-based. You pay per minute by direction, number type and path, plus number rental, recording and conferencing, billed per second. US starting rates are posted below; volume brackets step them down automatically, a committed forecast earns custom rates, and the same security ships in every plan.

Every tier runs the same controls: AES-256-GCM at rest, the append-only audit trail, org-scoped isolation, short-lived JWTs and signed, SSRF-safe egress. Built for HIPAA workloads with a BAA available. Security is never something you buy back.

Posted figures are starting rates and may be tuned; your invoice always states the rate applied. International and destination-specific rates come from sales.
What counts as usage
Every dimension that reaches a bill.
Connect meters what you actually run. These are all of the dimensions, stated as a model, because the rate itself depends on your direction, number type, path and destination.
The core meter. Priced by direction (outbound vs inbound), number type (local vs toll-free) and path. PSTN minutes price differently from SIP and WebRTC legs, which are lower because they skip the carrier last mile.
Calls that stay on SIP trunks or run browser and mobile over WebRTC carry a lower per-minute rate than calls that terminate on the PSTN. Mix paths freely; each leg meters on its own path.
A monthly rental per assigned number, by type (local vs toll-free). Numbers are provisioned with the team; self-serve search and purchase is on the roadmap.
Recording meters per minute; stored recordings meter per minute-per-month after a free retention window. AES-256-GCM envelope encryption is standard, with no separate charge to encrypt.
Conferences are priced per participant-per-minute. Each leg in the bridge meters independently, and we do not cap or quote a participant ceiling.
Lifecycle event delivery over the signed, SSRF-safe egress. Retries, custom headers and payload templates are part of the platform, not a metered add-on.

Voice rates vary by destination and move with carrier costs, so international and destination-specific rates come from sales as a scoped rate sheet, and Volume brackets step the posted numbers down automatically as your minutes grow.
