The why

Throughput and the rules, on the same platform.

Regulated contact centers have lived with a false choice: dial fast and risk the audit, or play safe and leave the floor idle. We think that trade-off is a tooling problem.

Most dialers were built for raw volume, then asked to satisfy compliance after the fact — masking added late, audit logs that skip the writes that matter, abandon governance left to a setting someone can quietly disable. On a healthcare, collections or insurance floor, that gap is the whole risk.

TelVox starts from the constraint. The 3% FTC abandon governor, PHI masking, org-scoped tenant isolation and an append-only audit trail aren't toggles bolted onto a fast core — they are the core. So your floor can run at full pace and still answer every question an auditor brings.

Compliance is a design constraint, not a feature

We don't bolt controls on at the end. PHI masking, the append-only audit trail, AES-256-GCM at rest and the 3% FTC abandon governor are wired into the core — so the safe path is the default path.

Agents shouldn't need a desk phone

A full seat lives in a browser tab — WebRTC softphone, in-call bar, screen-pop and a disposition gate. No hardphones, no desktop installs, no VPN gymnastics to staff a floor.

Every call is measurable
