Why do templates need approval?
WhatsApp asks businesses to get a message approved before sending it to many people. You write it, submit it and see its status in the app.
What happens if a message fails?
It is sent again automatically, up to three times. Failed messages are not charged.
Can I send to just some of my customers?
Yes. Send to a group or a label. People on your do-not-disturb list are kept out of every broadcast automatically (Growth and up).
