The plan pays for the app. Messages come from your wallet.
Each message is charged by its WhatsApp category, at the rate set for your account. Rates depend on the customer's country.
You're only charged once WhatsApp reports a message as sent, delivered or read.
Your own rate for each type is shown in the app, and every broadcast shows its cost before you send.

What do I get in the free trial?
Every feature, for 3 days, on your own number.
Do prices include GST?
No. Plan prices exclude GST. Wallet top-ups add 18% GST and a payment gateway fee, itemised before you pay.
Why don't you list message prices here?
They depend on the message type, your customer's country and your account, and Meta changes its base rates from time to time. Your own rates are always shown in the app, and we'll quote them in your demo.
Do I pay more as my team grows?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. You pay per WhatsApp number.
Can I pay quarterly?
Yes. Plans can be paid monthly, quarterly or yearly, and longer terms cost less. Ask us for the quarterly price.
