Outbound Sales
Less time dialing.More time selling.
The dialer places the calls, drops the answering machines and hands your agents live conversations from a number people recognise. Leads that did not answer come back on their own, and every sale is counted the moment the call is wrapped.

A real sales floor
Agrobhumi Agritech
“We used to dial every number by hand from our own phones, so most of the day went into dialing instead of selling. Now the dialer does that work, every call is recorded for us to review, and the leads that did not answer come back on their own. Rechurn is the feature I would not give up.”
Jay Vaghasiya, Agrobhumi Agritech

Before TelVox they dialed by hand from personal mobiles for about 3 sales a day. On Dial, the same seven people are at 5 a day.

More conversations per seat
Everything between the list and the sale: how fast you dial, who actually picks up, what happens to the ones who do not, and how you coach the people doing the talking.
2.3:1
calls per free agent
Pacing that finds its own speed
Predictive, progressive, preview and manual on the same panel. In predictive mode a self-tuning loop raises the calls-per-agent ratio while your answer rate holds, and a hard 3% abandon governor sits over the top of it.
Machines never reach an agent
Answering machine detection listens to the pickup and decides. Voicemail is dropped, a real person goes straight to a free seat, so agents spend their time on conversations.
matches the lead's own area code
A number they recognise
Caller-ID rotation runs round-robin, sticky to the lead, or matched to the lead's own area code. Local presence lifts the pickup rate before anyone says a word.
Leads come back on their own
Rechurn rules return leads to the queue by outcome and disposition, with attempt caps and a wait between tries. Alternate-number failover tries phone 2 and phone 3, and callbacks are scheduled with a reminder.
sale quota
6 / 8
Every call ends in an outcome
A mandatory disposition gate closes each call, and sale-flagged outcomes feed the day's count. Set a call or sale quota and the dialer stops when the floor gets there.
Coaching you can act on
Listen, whisper or barge into a live call, review the recording after, and read the same numbers everyone sees on the agent reports and the org leaderboard.

The loop
How a sales day runs
- 1
Dial
Pick predictive, progressive, preview or manual. The dialer places the calls and only hands over live ones.
- 2
Talk
A real person lands on a free seat with the lead's history on screen, called from a number they recognise.
- 3
Dispose
The wrap-up gate closes the call. Sale-flagged outcomes count toward the day, callbacks get a reminder.
- 4
Recycle
No answer goes back in the queue by rule, with attempt caps, and failover tries phone 2 and phone 3.
- 5
Coach
Listen, whisper or barge live, then review the recording and the agent reports at the end of the shift.
Questions
Outbound sales, answered
Team size, setup time, what agents need, and how you coach them.
Small teams get the most obvious lift. Agrobhumi Agritech runs seven seats and the dialer fires more than 30,000 calls a month for them. Below about five agents predictive pacing has too little to work with, so run progressive or preview mode instead. You still get the caller ID rotation, rechurn, recordings and reports.
