About this page
To deliver the TelVox platform, we engage a small set of vetted service providers — “subprocessors” — that process personal data on our behalf and under our instructions. We assess each provider’s security and privacy practices before engaging them and bind them to data-protection obligations consistent with our own commitments and our GDPR & Data Processing statement.
This page lists our subprocessors by category and purpose. The specific provider, processing location and data types for each appear as bracketed placeholders below; the current named list — including the definitive vendor for each category — is maintained internally and available to customers on request.

Change notices
Before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer personal data, we update our internal list and make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance so they can review the change. To subscribe to subprocessor change notices, email privacy@telvox.devwith the subject “Subprocessor notifications” and we will add you to the notice list. You may raise a reasonable objection to a new subprocessor through the process described in your Data Processing Agreement.
